1. Restart the Android
Reboot the operating system can make android fresh again, and make the launcher too. Because every application after installation icon will show on home launcher.
2. Move the App's Icon to the other Side
It may be that the application has just been installed overwritten by an application icon by an existing application, so you must move the last app's icon to other side, the restart the android.
3. Clear data and Cache on the Laucher
Clear data and Cache can make the laucher be default, icon application will refresh. For clear data and cache, goto Setting - Applications - All Apps, and Search the Laucher.
4. Factory Reset
If you try all way above but android application's icon can display on home screen, the last way you must make smartphone to factory reset, maybe your operting system have problem. For factory reset
make sure the battery is more than 50 percent because factory reset spend quite a long time and backup your data before in internal memory because all data will be lost. And you can follow this step to factory reset.

3. Factory data reset
4. And then Reset Phone, if have password enter the password.
Wait some minutes, don't power off the smartphone till factory reset finished!, because can make android bootlop.
