How to Install Telegram on Linux

Telegram is one of favourite mesengger this time, everyone can send message with high protection security with encryption. Telegram can install to many operating system, like windows, linux, android, ios and other. And this chance, i write this article how to install telegram on linux, and tested on kali linux, so you can follow this step.

Install Telegram on Linux

1. Visit the official website telegram desktop
2. Click Get Telegram for Linux 64 for download setup.

3. After download, extrack the archive. And way to extract lets this way.

• Open the Terminal
• Move to directory to place saved telegram package, example

cd Downloads

• Next, you can see list file on this folder, type this 

ls

• Copy name of file, and type this to terminal

tar xvf tsetup.1.7.7.tar.xz

4. After extrack file, open the folder Telegram, and run the file updater with this syntax ./

./Updater

5. And run Telegram file

./Telegram

6. Wait the instalation till finish.

After finish instalation, you can see the telegram aplication on menu. And you can run it, enjoy your personal chating with telegram desktop.
